below is some art examples; more can be found on my socials!
credit for each art’s source will be in the image’s caption. all art featured is mine — all designs are also mine unless indicated otherwise.

∨ terms of service ∨

- i take payment upfront in USD. payment can only be made via ko-fi or paypal, and must be paid in full when invoiced.
payment will not be accepted in exposure or digital currency!- if the commission is canceled before work begins, the client is eligible for a full refund.- complex designs or written character references may result in additional fees.- revisions will be available to the client, if asked for. revisions may include changes to the composition, color, or other aspects of the artwork.- the revisions timeline is as follows:
3 per sketch
2 during wip
1 during final- any major adjustments — especially late in the process — or additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may result in additional fees.- the artist retains ownership and copyright of the completed artwork, but will grant the client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the artwork for personal use only. the client may not sell, distribute, or reproduce the artwork without the artist's written permission.- any commercial use of the artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner. as of right now i am likely not going to be accepting commercial work.

streaming assets- if the client wishes to use the commissioned artwork for any other commercial purposes not covered by this policy, they must obtain the written consent of the artist and may be required to pay additional fees.- unauthorized commercial use of commissioned artwork is forbidden.- the scope of work for a commission will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. this will include a detailed description of the artwork to be created, any specific requirements or preferences, and the delivery format (e.g. digital file, physical print).- i will deliver the completed artwork in the agreed upon format (e.g. digital file, physical print). if the client requests additional formats or modifications after delivery, additional fees may apply.- the average turnaround time is max 2-3 weeks.- turnaround time may be affected by the complexity of the commission, my workload, and other personal factors. i will communicate communicate any potential delays to the client as soon as possible.- i will use commissioned work to promote myself unless specifically stated otherwise by the client.- the client acknowledges that i am a digital illustrator and i will solely create digital art — there will not be any physical products shipped (unless stated otherwise.)-completed commissions cannot be altered, copied, traced or have its watermark removed by the commissioner or anyone else.by hiring me for a commission, you agree to be bound by these terms. if you have any questions or concerns don’t be afraid to ask!TOS TEMPLATE BY @CYENKON
